Julia Radomyski is a GYROTONIC® Pre-Trainer and has been teaching the method for more than 10 years. She is certified in GYROKINESIS® and all the specialized equipment as well as all therapeutic applications. She was first introduced to the GYROTONIC® Method though her dance training but loves working with all types of people, helping them understand their body better, get over injuries or just enjoy moving. She has always felt a deep connection to the work and loves that it continues to inspire.
