Júlia Murga Vico (Julia Murga Vico)

About

As a teenager I started training with GYROTONIC® method to improve my skills for my ballet classes. As a result of my improvement, I decided to start the certification of GYROTONIC® in 2015. I have always loved the health care so in order to mix both disciplines, I started my degree of Physical Therapy in Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

After a few years of teaching with GYROTONIC® and combining it with my new knowledge of physical therapy, I thought that it will be beneficial for me to became a GYROKINESIS® trainer, so in 2018 I finished my certification. And finally on 2023 I became a GYROTONIC® Pre-Trainer.

Nowadays I’m working in GYROTONIC® Bonanova and always trying to improve my knowledge. My goal as a trainer is to guarantee a healthy movement by adapting the method for each client. Reducing tensions, pain and prevent possible injuries in order to find harmony with your body.
