Since my first Gyrotonic session in 2002 I've found this body movement system amazing. It has helped strengthen, heal and improve my flexibility and overall health and well being. Now, in my 60's, I not only find the practice helpful for those young and active, or those healing from injuries, but know how wonderful it is for maintaining flexibilty and core strength while aging.
I began practicing Gyrotonic in Washington, DC and returned to practice and now training after relocating to Santa Fe, NM
As a regular and active golfer, walker, tennis player and skier, practicing gyrotonic keeps me healthy and able to engage in daily pursuits of these fun activities.
During my apprenticeship period, I offer reduced rates and starter packages.
