Nichole Beeks is a certified GYROTONIC® instructor and has been teaching for over 12years. She has been training in GYROTONIC® herself for over 16years to prevent as well as recover from injuries. She has taken specialized equipment courses on the Jumping Stretching Board as well as the Leg Extension Unit. Her GYROTONIC® therapeutic course training includes Applications for Scoliosis, Applications for The Shoulder Girdle, Applications for the Psoas, Applications for the Hip and Knee as well as a course specifically for Dancers. Nichole has worked with clients as young as 8years old and as old as 91years old and everyone in-between. She enjoys helping people discover their bodies and heal through movement. She is a professional dancer, actress and singer trained in ballet, contemporary ballet, modern, jazz, tap and salsa. She has performed with various companies in Southern CA including The LA Opera, Musical Theatre West, and San Diego Musical Theatre just to name a few.
