Welcome to Integrated Movement, San Luis Obispo, CA, and Gyrotonic Bali in Indonesia. Our facilities are home to a resident master trainer who possesses extensive expertise in Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, and Gyrotonic specialized equipment. With a wealth of experience exceeding 25 years in this discipline, she has successfully instructed numerous students globally. Her training under Juliu Horvath, the founder of the Gyrotonic Method. Both locations are fully equipped with the state-of-the art studios and facilitate comprehensive training and practice.
