Maximum health is attained when each system of our body is in balance with one another.   Elizabeth Jackson uses the powerful modalities of THE GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, Yamuna Body Rolling, and Pilates to get you there.  Using the concepts and tools of these systems, she tailors the perfect program necessary to reach your goals.

 

In 2001, Elizabeth finished her BA in Liberal Arts from Harvard University and immediately fell in love with the healing arts.   Weaving together her background in classical piano with her studies in physics and anatomy she has developed a successful style of instruction that speaks for itself.   Since 2002, Elizabeth has extensively focused on the Gyrotonic Expansion System®, where rhythmic movements and specific key principles form the arch of life.

 

Elizabeth’s experience covers the entire spectrum of movement ability and health diagnosis- from spinal fusions, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoporosis to professional athletes and everyday people of all ages.   Her ultimate gift is when her clients use the tools they've learned to heal themselves on their own.  With this knowledge and ability, they age younger and thrive more fully towards mental, physical and emotional capacity.
