"The 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂® EXPANSION SYSTEM® enabled me to overcome an injury that I was told would be a career ending injury in my early 20s.
I ended up dancing professionally for another 20 years and often felt as if the system was pausing my aging process. I have been privileged to witness and experience the evolution of a therapy that has been able to help so many people in such profound ways. It’s indescribable how satisfying it is to be able to share the seemingly magical qualities of 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂® EXPANSION SYSTEM® with everyone I have the pleasure of working with."
Beyond Gyrotonic, Nora danced with Alonzo King's LINES Ballet for 12 years where she served as a Board Trustee prior to becoming a faculty member of the LINES educational programs. In addition, Nora has served the arts community as a Senior Negotiator for the American Guild of Musical Artists representing dancers, choristers, solo singers, and production staff of the opera and ballet for over 30 years and now supports the community as a certified mediator and certification candidate for Nonviolent Communication (for more information on Nonviolent Communication).
