Louis, formerly a Global Sales Leader in a renowned technology company, faced the demands of a high-stress, round-the-clock work environment. Years of chronic pain and reliance on chiropractic care followed—until he, too, discovered the GYROKINESIS® Method. Through it, Louis achieved full recovery and renewed vitality, empowering him to return to competitive sports. Today, he shares his knowledge and experience as a Certified GYROTONIC® Trainer.
