About

Diana brings over two decades of dedicated experience in movement, healthcare and education to her Gyrotonic®️ practice. As a certified Gyrotonic®️ instructor based in New York City, she combines her extensive background in clinical social work and counseling with her passion for physical mobility and overall well-being.

Her unique professional journey includes years of working with diverse populations giving her a deep understanding of how to adapt instruction to individual needs. With two master's degrees - one in Social Work  and another in Special Education and an undergraduate degree in dance - Diana offers a holistic, informed approach to movement instruction.

Diana strives to support clients discovery of the transformative benefits of the Gyrotonic Expansion System®️.
