Livetté Dikalenko (Livette Dikalenko)

About

Livetté is an accomplished art entrepreneur and movement specialist passionate about the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods. Her journey into mindful movement began in 2015 following an injury, leading her to explore the holistic benefits of Pilates at The Moving Body in Singapore. Over time, this evolved into a dedicated practice of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, where she discovered its profound ability to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Now a certified GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® Level 1 Trainer, Livetté brings a unique blend of precision and creativity to her teaching. She emphasizes functional movement, helping students improve posture, mobility, and the mind-body connection. Her approach is accessible to individuals of all backgrounds, whether recovering from injury, enhancing performance, or simply seeking greater bodily freedom.

Livetté offers private sessions and group classes in English and Russian in Singapore, welcoming students to experience the transformative potential of these movement methods.
