Lai Tak Wai

Lai, an esteemed Pilates and Gyrotonic instructor, prioritizes refining body movement in his training sessions. His unwavering commitment lies in empowering individuals to attain peak physical fitness and overall well-being. Drawing from his accolades as a modern dancer, he possesses a profound wealth of knowledge in body movement and artistic realms.

Throughout his academic journey, Lai was awarded multiple scholarships, demonstrating his dedication to expanding his knowledge. His curiosity led him to explore Pilates and GYROTONIC®Ⓡ training during his time at the academy. After recently obtaining his GYROTONICⓇ Level 1 certification, Lai is now a certified GYROTONICⓇ instructor. Furthermore, he successfully completed the demanding Polestar Pilates Comprehensive teacher training program.

Specializing in designing personalized workout programs that incorporate the principles of Pilates and Gyrotonic, he helps clients improve strength, flexibility, and body coordination to effectively reach their fitness goals.
