Yee Yan Cherry Mu

About

Cherry started her GYROTONIC®  journey in 2014 in Hong Kong.  She was first introduced to PILATES after a tap dance injury and then to the GYROTONIC® and the GYROKINESIS® methods after another leg injury.  The GYROTONIC® method did not only help her recover but also strengthened her muscles and reset her body, empowering her with more flexibility, mobility and range of motion.  While doing a full-time sedentary job over the years, she had explored and practised different exercise methods including Wing Chun, Tai Chi and Krav Maga until she found her true love — the GYROTONIC® method.  Thanks to GYROTONIC® exercises, she never got back pain from sitting for over 8 hours a day.  She finally decided to become a trainer because this method is incredibly sustainable to people of all ages through softening and strengthening at the same time.  She received her GYROTONIC® teacher training under the tutelage of Dylan Elmore and Tommaso Di Battista.  She is a dedicated mover who never stops learning, be it other GYROTONIC® applications or hands on, so as to give the best to her clients.
