About

SiSi原本是一位熱愛重訓、空中瑜伽的運動愛好者,因為一場車禍意外造成『脊椎爆裂性骨折』,從此改變運動人生!

當時被醫師規定要躺在床上三個月,每天都要穿著鐵衣只能做簡單的生活自理活動,慶幸出車禍以前,已經接觸了嬋柔運動,不安份的我,復原期間仍持續透過嬋柔運動的練習,讓身體得以伸展、維持肌肉量,不讓身、心處於停擺的狀態。

因此決心專精於嬋柔領域,推廣把身體帶回正位的美好,讓更多人愛上嬋柔!
