Jennifer (Ching Chang) trainerJennifer老師從六年前開始接觸Gyrotonic並開始接受Gyrotonic師資培訓。2016年開始一連串正式的師資培訓並且完成認證。
在受訓的過程中越來越喜歡Gyrotonic這個系統的運動方式,於是不停地與嬋柔專業老師上課學習新的東西,同時不斷地複習和練習並靈活的將所學運用在教學中。Jennifer曾遠赴德國學習物理治療系統的Gyrotonic脊椎側彎系列課程,也曾赴韓國學習墊上嬋柔,並將於2019年再次到德國和創辦人一起上課進修。
Jennifer至接觸學習嬋柔以來,擁有豐富的嬋柔知識以及教學經驗包括Gyrotonic、Gyrokinesis、Jumping stretch board一對一課程和團體課程,她於2014年開始不斷地接觸嬋柔系列不同的器材,同時也致力於學習身心技法並專研身體相關知識,將所學融入教學當中。目前Jennifer老師在台灣唯一專門做嬋柔並唯一擁有所有Gyrotonic機器的工作室教學。
