About
Certified in both Gyrotonic and Pilates, and with a no pain all gain approach, I promise a fluid and dynamic workout that will improve strength, flexibility and endurance. I place an emphasis on building proper technique to enhance maximum performance and injury prevention. My expertise includes anatomical training which allows me to customize exercise programs for professional athletes as well as those with injuries in need of rehabilitation.
Prior to my fitness work, I worked professionally in the field of dance performing in theatre and television and was a faculty member for London’s Royal Academy of Dance, USA, University of Oregon, and Nina Harris Exceptional Student Center.
