唯珊老師旅居英國﹑日本和美國十多年,於倫敦拉邦音樂舞蹈學院 (Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance) 取得舞蹈學位,台灣大學動物系畢業暨動物生理學碩士。曾任舊金山 Lenora Lee Dance 舞團和LEVYdance 舞團舞者。編舞作品曾於台北﹑倫敦﹑東京﹑大阪和舊金山等地演出。於 2014 年第一次接觸 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂®時,感覺一些深層和少運動到的肌肉被悄悄喚醒,之後產後復原,重返舞蹈演出,也是靠著 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂®的鍛鍊,師承 Debra Rose,𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂®創辦人 Juliu Horvath 的第一代師資培訓大師,唯珊老師於 2019 年移居回台灣後,全心投入 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂®的教學工作,為AT力場長期合作的老師,於教學之餘持續進修,現為 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂®全器材認證指導員,𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂® Pre-Trainer 嬋柔®器械國際證照師資培訓講師,亦曾參與髂腰肌原理、物理治療系列骨盆帶和肩胛帶、舞者的應用、跑者的應用等進修課程,以及心血管呼吸課程翻譯。希望可以把這項運動的美好跟大家分享。
