I am excited to be able to help my clients week after week to improve and maintain their physical and emotional health through the Gyrotonic Method as well as increase their mobility, flexibility and balance throughout their body. It is very gratifying to be able to see the good progress they are doing, and how much the practice of this method benefits to all of them.
