Chiara Viscido has always been a movement enthusiast.

Her first love was dance, which she started at only 4 years old.

She danced professionally for more than 10 years in the most important Theaters in Europe, Asia, and America. -Aterballetto 2012-2017

- Staatstheater am Gaertneplatz 2017-2019

-currently freelance dancer in Germany.

In 2012 she discovered the “GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®”. By combining the most effective ways to prevent injuries and achieve the necessary strength, flexibility, and precision, she enhanced her dance training and performances. She became a GYROTONIC® certified trainer in 2017.

Parallel to her dance carrier, she started to teach, while continuing her education. Eventually, she became a GYROKINESIS® trainer.

The spiraling motion, expansion, and grace she experiences with GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® is her secret recipe for happiness. She receives so much joy and fulfillment from sharing this system of movement with all her clients. She finds the transformation that takes place in each person after their first session a major reward of her work. She likes to give the client a sense of peaceful state and connection through circular movements and breathing.

Her classes are dynamic and energetic and her smile accompanies her throughout her lessons.

She became Pre- Trainer of GYROTONIC LEVEL 1 in November 2021.
