John H Hornbaker

About

John is a certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer. He enjoys teaching people how to move well and to discover the innate intelligence and awareness we all have in our bodies.

John studied GYROTONIC® with Master Trainer Debra Rose and GYROKINESIS® with Master Trainer Alicia Head. He is certified on all of the GYROTONIC® specialized equipment and has deepened his knowledge of the system with Master Trainers Jackson Kellogg, Kathy Van Patten, Abel Horvath, and Juergen Bamberger.

John was a collegiate swimmer, runner, and mountaineer before he began his GYROTONIC® journey in 2012 and discovered his deep passion for the work.
