About
I was a competitive Latin dancer for many years. I discovered Gyrotonic when I was struggling to rehabilitate an injured knee. Gyrotonic did not only restore my knee to a healthy condition but also cause a paradigm shift in how I view fitness, exercise and life in general. I was fascinated by the idea of using my joints to make my body work easily and effectively instead of just building muscles, which is how I had been using my body. I enjoy sharing this method with others and feel a sense of balance in my body and mind through my own training.
