About
Hope has been in love with movement since the age of 4 when she first began dancing. She received her B.A. in Dance Studies from Appalachian State University and continued to dance professionally periodically since attaining her degree. Hope’s passion for movement and her continued desire to learn led her to the Gyrotonic® Expansion System. She is now a certified Gyrotonic® Level 1 Pre-Trainer, Gyrotonic Level 2 instructor, and Gyrokinesis®️ instructor. She is also certified on the Jump Stretch Board, Archway, and Gyrotoner. In addition she has completed many courses to dive deeper in her Gyrotonic and Pilates practices. Hope is so excited to be part of the Elements team where she will continue to work in a warm and welcoming space that allows her to share her love for movement and her gifts as a teacher.
