About
Anina von Molnar is a Chicago born, Certified GYROTONIC® Trainer living in Europe since 1991. In 1999 she began teaching in her INTEGRALARTS Studio in Augsburg, Germany where she is presently owner and director. Her training includes certification in specialised applications for pelvic girdle, shoulder girdle, and scoliosis as well as for specialised GYROKINESIS® Cardiovascular Breathing. Anina was first introduced to the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® as a young professional ballett and contemporary dancer in New York City in the 1980`s at the White Cloud Studio where she was deeply moved by the depth and multi-dimensional attributes of the GYROTONIC® Method. The impact of her experiences at the White Cloud Studio remained with her as she pursued her professional dance career in Europe, and as she finished her season with the Zürich Ballett she was able to follow her inspiration to participate in the Pre Training, Foundation, and Final Certification Course for GYROTONIC® at the White Cloud Studio New York with innovator and founder Juliu Horvath in 1998. In 2001 she attained her Level II Certification with Juliu Horvath in Bad Krozingen, where she also studied with Paul Horvath, expert in his work for specialised applications of Pelvic Girdle, Hip Girdle, and Scoliosis.
Anina's personal practice with the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® has been an enormous support for her dance career, enabling her to develop in a valuable way, enriching her technique, fluidity, and expression. Parallel to her engagement at the Staatsballett Augsburg, Germany, from 1999-2007 as Assistant Director, Choreographic Assistant, Rehearsal Director, and Soloist Dancer, Anina offered GYROTONIC® training in her private Studio INTEGRALARTS.
Anina is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, guided and educated by Cyndi Lee, OM Yoga NY, since 2005 as well as a Certified Pre- & Post Natal Yoga Instructor by Patricia Thielemann, Berlin since 2009. She is a dedicated practitioner and student in the Vipassana and Mahayana Meditation Traditions since 1991, taking part regularly in longer Retreats as a cornerstone to her practice. Since 2007 INTEGRALARTS holds the main focus of her work as she delves into the realm of Embodiment with curiosity, care, and commitment, motivated by the transformative practices of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Breath Work, Pre-& Post Natal Yoga, Meditation, Mindful Creative Movement and the GYROTONIC® Method.
The opportunity to share her experience with clients is a source of inspiration for Anina. She is graced with the privilege to work with marvellous mentor teachers and engaged students. Through her involvement as instructor, student and artist, she continues to be awed by the intrinsic wisdom of the Body/Mind, as it nourishes all levels: personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal.
