Mary Susan has been teaching the GYROTONIC® method since first learning about it, became certified and began practicing in NYC at Village GYROTONIC®.  Mary Susan currently resides in Largo, FL and teaches on her own Ultima tower at a wonderful dance studio, MZ Dance Company where she also runs the Cyr wheel program and teaches modern dance technique.  After 30 years of dancing, Mary Susan holds this method in the highest regards and regularly teaches both young dancers and people with chronic pain.  She firmly believes that injury prevention as well as ease within classical dance technique is always acheivable using this modality.  As a professional circus artist, Mary Susan also works with colleagues who have found GYROTONIC® to be incredibly theraputic and enjoyable.  Mary Susan works with any person who wishes to experience the freedom of movement that this method has to offer!
