Salena Gissola Schenatto Irion holds Universities degrees in Physical Therapy and Dance. Co-director of Centro Harmonious Life in Barcelona works with Breema, Gyrotonic, Physical Therapy and Pilates.

Salena always loved to move and since childhood went to dance classes and sports. In 1998 she met Breema® and that teaching brought a new perspective to her work and life and met the need she was searching in spirituality, connecting body and mind using bodywork, self-exercises and the 9 principles of harmony to became present in daily life, and that became her main path. When she met GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® she became very excited to help clients to go beyond their physical actual possibilities through a joyful method that also has a holistic aproach and fits perfectly with all the other work she does.

Salena’s love is to be present with clients and students and experience what is needed in each moment to support people to connect with their body-mind-feelings and with their inner desire to have a more essencial, meaningful, balanced and harmonious life.
