Empower is a multi-modality movement studio of two licensed GYROTONIC® trainers(Candice Yoo & Georgia Dalton) trained in the GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower and GYROTONIC® Jumping Stretching Board.

Located in Buckhead, we offer quality private sessions for a movement experience tailored to your needs and goals. In addition to GYROTONIC® , we offer physical therapy, Pilates, chiropractic care, and massage therapy as a full service wellness studio.
