The Studio Gyrotonic® Firenze is located just outside of the ancient walls of Florence, a few steps away from the center of town, close to the historical district of San Frediano.Facing a quiet garden the space is pleasant and light and allows the client to find a moment to dedicate himself to his own training, care and wellness.Silvia Frosali and her staff follow carefully the different needs of each person and set up a specific program for everyone .The classes are addressed to people of any age, to dancers and athletes coming from all kinds of disciplines.We   collaborate  closely with physicians working in the field of holistic medicine.
