THE BEGINNING 

Lillian Wetzel had always wanted to create a space for people to gather, connect and move towards their optimal and individual health and wellness goals and desires. So that's what she did, she opened up her first studio and called it ­­­­­Remedy in Motion LLC in the stirring year 2020 starting in Mid-Missouri. In 2022 Lillian relocated her business to the beautiful winter wonderland and ski town of Breckenridge, Colorado.

Remedy in Motion LLC (Lillian) is located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, Colorado. Lillian's services are provided inside Spheeris Pilates & Wellness studio. She offers private and duet Gyrotonic sessions as well as Gyrokinesis group classes throughout the week/year round. Lillian focuses on providing her clients with nothing but the best alternative holistic health & wellness techniques and movement methods.
