SOURCE STUDIO provides a unique holistic movement experience through GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® as well as other movement modalities. We approach these movement systems as somatic practices. We invite you to tap into your mind-body connection to help you observe your internal landscape and to listen to signals your body gives you about areas of discomfort, pain, or imbalance. Implementing this knowledge while moving mindfully will help you on your journey towards self-acceptance, healing, wellness, and fulfilling your potential.

We are located in the Altadena Lincoln Crossing Shopping Center on Lincoln Avenue right next to the Metro PCS and directly across the courtyard from 24 Hour Fitness.  There is plenty of FREE parking in the lot directly behind the courtyard on Acacia Street and across from Super King.
