Iso Fit prides itself on having a wide range of state of the art and most up to date Pilates and GYROTONIC® equipment for both our Private/Semi Private classes as well as group classes.

Our expert team are able to tailor group or one-on-one private sessions to all of our clients requirements, whether they are looking for prenatal/pregnancy pilates or postnatal pilates, improve sports performance, or generally looking to improve their fitness and posture. We also have a physiotherapy clinic offering traditional physio services ; all centrally located in Hong Kong.

Most of our GYROTONIC® trained team have been actively teaching for over 15 years and are fully update on all Specialized equipment as well as the GYROKINESIS® method. They are multi-lingual and work with guests from all over Asia in their mother languages. Three of the team are certified Pre-Trainers.
