First Gyrotonic center in Paris

We are the only studio to offer more than 60 Gyrotonic lessons per week in Paris. For all levels and according to your desires: level 1, level 1&2, level 2, intensive level, music lessons...

In addition, we organize specific courses for professional dancers and dancers in training.

Gyrotonic training center

We offer intinal training to become a Gyrotonic Trainer. As well as continuing education, and more specifically, level 2 training.

The formations are taught by the Manola Alba.

Manola, Master trainer in France

The Uma center was founded by Manola Alba and Simon Nemeth. They both offer gyrotonic courses in Paris. Manola is a master trainer in Gyrotonic. She was trained by Juliu Horvath.
