Movement Center Los Angeles is an energetic community of talented and highly skilled educators and artists who love movement, artistry, and the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. We offer a private intimate studio that combines close personal attention, ocean air, and professionally trained client instruction and teacher education. Our goal is to create a supportive, productive, and positive environment that inspires both the client and teacher to achieve personal goals, experience freedom through fluid motion, and expand the range of the possible.

Movement Center Los Angeles’ compassion and authenticity allows all dedicated movers – from the everyday to the professional – to thrive. This dynamic approach echos who we are, what we trust, and the delight we have when sharing with our clients and colleagues. MCLA believes in giving back to the community that influences our work.
