GYROTONIC® Barcelona Gracia

GYROTONIC® BARCELONA GRACIA (ESTUDI BONAVISTA) specialises in personal training through the GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS® and Physiotherapy methods.

The centre was born after the research undertaken by its director, Alba Marcos, in order to find a system in which she could work with and unite her three passions – dance, teaching and physiotherapy.

She discovered GYROTONIC® whilst studying dance in New York and practiced it for three years at the same time as devoting herself to her studies in Physiotherapy. Finally, in the summer of 2007, she completed her training to become an accredited GYROTONIC® teacher.

Estudi Bonavista started out in a small room in a flat in Barcelona’s Gràcia neighbourhood. Thanks to the boost from its clients, in 2010 Alba decided to open a new studio in Gràcia on Carrer Martinez de la Rosa. A studio with new facilities and machines, as well as more space that allowed her to provide group classes in GYROKINESIS® . All of these changes were directed at providing a better service, with a high standard of care and possibilities for a wider range of treatments.
