Our facility offers GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, Pilates individual and group classes, all the GYROTONIC® Specialized Equipment, certification and teacher training, Pilates, yoga, body work in different styles, Spa services such as massage and a far-infrared sauna, physical therapy, Pre and Post Natal, movement for children and teens, injury prevention programs, and high performance programs for athletes and dancers.  You will find shower facilities, alkaline water, complimentary tea, towels, slippers, robes, and all organic washing products.
