In this Gyrokinesis Video Program, Juliu Horvath performs, presents and guides you through an entire 75 minute Level 1 Class. Juliu begins the class by performing circular, undulating and spiraling movements on a chair, followed by  dynamic floor sequences. The class finishes with standing, balance exercises.
