GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-Training Course

Aloha Gyrotonic students,

Thank you for your interest in this Level 1 Pre Training Course. You need to have successfully completed at least 10 private or group sessions with a certified Gyrotonic trainer, pre trainer or master trainer to attend this course. If you have not completed 10 sessions you can take a preparatory workshop prior to the Pre Training course with a certified pre trainer or master trainer.

We will meet over two weekends, Fri, Sat, Sun on the 20th-22nd and the 27th-29th of June

We will work 6 hours each day with 2 hours for lunch, a total of 8 hours each day

USD$300 studio fee

USD$1050 course fee
