Aloha Gyrotonic trainers!

Thank you for your interest in this 3 day Level 1 Update course. To enrol in this course you need to be a certified Gyrotonic trainer.

We will work 6 hours each day with a 2 hour lunch break, a total of 8 hours each day.

We will review Gyrotonic Level 1 material, principles, hand cues and modifications as requested by the course participants. Please come with questions.
