Gyrotonic Pre-Training Course: 6 days, 30 hours
2/28 - 3/2 and 3/7 - 3/9 : Friday (1:30 - 8:30 pm w/ 2 hr break), Saturday (1-8 pm w/ 2 hr break), Sunday (9-4 pm w/ 2 hr break)
Prerequisites
An experienced Gyrotonic student with a basic understanding of the Gyrotonic level 1, progression I exercises. Students should take a minimum of ten or more classes with a Licensed Gyrotonic Trainer before registering for this course. For students who do not have access to Gyrotonic classes, a three day introductory course designed to provide an introduction to the Gyrotonic level 1, progression 1 exercises can be taken before the Pre-Training Course.
Purpose
To provide a foundational understanding of the Gyrotonic level 1 exercises and prepare students physically for the Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation Course. During this course, students focus on gaining experience and developing a personal understanding of the exercises on the Pre-Training Course exercise list. ***You will experience hands on, understand your own personal modifications, and learn how to set up the machine for your own personal workout.
Upon successful completion
Once students have successfully completed the Gyrotonic Level 1 Pre-Training Course, they may proceed to the Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation Course. The foundation course must be taken between one week and 3 months after the pre-training course.
*** if you are interested in doing a Gyrotonic or Gyrokinesis Pre-training at our studio but do not see one scheduled, please don't hesitate to reach out and let us know. We do private pre-trainings and we also do take scheduling requests into account.
TOTAL COST: $1350 (Cash, Check, or Contactless Payment Options)
Course Cost: $1050 (Due on 1st day of the course)
Studio / Admin Fee: $300 (**To secure your place please pay the Studio Fees as we have limited spots available.)
