This course provides update requirements for both certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® instructors (the license fees are separate, but the course meets update requirements for both certifications). This is a 3 day, 15-hour update course. Daily Schedule - Dec. 6/10-5:30; Dec. 7/10-5 (2 hour break); last day - 10-2:30.
