Aloha Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis trainers!

Thank you for your interest in this course. To enrol in this course you need to be a certified Gyrotonic or Gyrokinesis trainer.

We will work 6 hours each day with a 2 hour lunch break, a total of 8 hours each day.

Please be physically prepared by regularly practicing the Gyrotonic and or Gyrokinesis Level 1 material, including the homework series.
