Prepare to become a GYROTONIC® Instructor or participate in the course to deepen your understanding of this amazing system! Open to aspiring teachers or dedicated students. This 30-hour course is a prerequisite for the Level 1 GYROTONIC® Foundation Course.

This course is spread over two 3-day weekends.

Hours: 12 pm- 6 pm on Friday, 10-4 pm Saturday and Sunday

Course Fee: $1050 + $200 Non-refundable Deposit/Studio Fee
