we will work in 3 segments of 4 days. days off : 11 and 16 April, 5 hours a day: 10.30-13.00 & 15.00-17.30

The course provide you a more in-depth understanding of the Gyrotonic Level 1 Programm and the specific skills and techniques needed to teach these exercises to clients.
During this course, a Gyrotonic Master Trainer introduces the teaching techniques and principles underlying the Gyrotonic Level 1 exercise syllabus and introduces the complete Gyrotonic, Level 1 exercise curriculum
