8th - 10th, 15th to 17th August.

This course is to understand fundamental of Gyrotonic level 1 exercises and deepening the experience with Gyrotonic Pully Tower.

30 hours in 6 days. Minimum of ten or more classes before registering the course.

At completion of this course the student will be ready to attend the Foundation course to become a Gyrotonic Apprentice teacher.
