Aloha Gyrotonic students,

Thank you for your interest in this Level 1 Foundation Course. You need to have successfully completed a Gyrotonic Level 1 Pre Training course within three months of the first day of this course to attend. If it is longer than 3 months between your pre training and the first day of this course, you can apply for an extension of your pre training period.

We will meet on the 15th -20th and 22nd-27th of June 2025.

We will work 6 hours each day with 2 hours for lunch, a total of 8 hours each day
