GYROKINESIS® Applications for Healing and Rejuvenating the Hands and Feet

This course was created by Emma Kingston and will be held in Boulder, CO. This course includes all the traditional areas of Level One GK, on the stool, floor and standing positions. Students will learn entire sequences in each of the positions for both the hands(which includes the cervical spine) and the feet, as well as additional "homework" exercises. The course fulfills the Level One Update requirement and is 3 days, 5 hours per day.
