Part I (Days 1-3) of Gyrotonic Level 1 Pretraining Course with Master Trainer Jessica Gowen, hosted at CORE Ormewood Park in Atlanta. Part II (Days 4-6) will take place April 11-13, 2025.
The course will meet for 5 hours daily:
Friday 2:00-8:00 with a 1 hour break
Saturday 12:00-6:00 with a 1 hour break
Sunday 9am-3pm with a 1 hour break
CORE Ormewood Park is located at 749 Moreland Ave SE Suite A-103, Atlanta, GA 30316. Low-cost lodging is available in the immediate area. Please indicate on your registration form that you are interested in lodging to receive more information.

Jessica is offering an accompanying Level 1 Foundation Course over 4 weekends in June-July 2025 and Apprentice Review Courses in Sept/Oct 2025. Here are those dates:
Foundation Course weekends: June 20-22, June 27-29, July 18-20 and July 25-27, 2025
Apprentice Review weekends: Sept. 9-11, October 24-26, 2025
