Aloha Gyrokinesis students,

Thank you for your interest in this Level 1 Pre Training Course. You need to have successfully completed at least 10 private or group classes with a certified Gyrokinesis trainer, pre trainer or master trainer to attend this course. If you have not completed 10 classes you can take a preparatory workshop prior to the Pre Training course with a certified pre trainer or master trainer.

We will work 6 hours each day with 2 hours for lunch, a total of 8 hours each day
