Prepare to become a GYROTONIC® Instructor or participate in the course to deepen your understanding of this amazing system! Open to aspiring teachers or dedicated students. This 30-hour course is a prerequisite for the Level 1 GYROTONIC® Foundation Course.

Register online and pay a $300 studio fee to reserve your place. Tuition is due the first day of the course and payable by cash, check, or Venmo to Charley Aldred.

This course is taking place over two 3-day weekends at our East Hampton, NY location.

Course Duration: 6 days, 30 hours

Hours: 12 pm - 6 pm on Friday, 10 - 4 pm Saturday and Sunday

Course Fee: $1050 + $300 Non-refundable Deposit/Studio Fee
