Specialized GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer Alicia Head will offer the GYROKINESIS® Cardiovascular Breathing Course - Progression 1 on March 21-23, 2025 at Momentum Dance Center & Movement Wellness, 3900 Prospect Ave., Suite A, Yorba Linda, CA 92886. This course satisfies continuing education requirements for both certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® instructors.
