ALL STUDIOS - You can take private GYROTONIC lessons at any one of these studios, and you can contact any studio to determine if GYROKINESIS classes are also offered.

GYROTONIC PRE-TRAINER STUDIOS - In addition to offering private GYROTONIC lessons, the GYROTONIC Pre-Trainers teaching at these studios also offer the GYROTONIC Pre-Training Course, which is the first Course you need to take if you want to become a Licensed GYROTONIC Trainer.

GYROTONIC MASTER TRAINER STUDIOS - In addition to offering private GYROTONIC lessons and the GYROTONIC Pre-Training Course, the GYROTONIC Master Trainers teaching at these studios also offer the GYROTONIC Foundation Course, the second course you need to take if you want to become a Licensed GYROTONIC Trainer. GYROTONIC Apprentices can also complete their Supervised Apprentice Hours at these studios with a GYROTONIC Master Trainer. Certified GYROTONIC Trainers can also complete Continuing Education Requirements at these Master Trainer Studios. Continuing Education Requirements are explained in chapter 5 of the GYROTONIC Curriculum.
